So I have been working extra hard to get back down to my high school size. I am determined and will not stop until I reach my goal this time!! I have changed my eating. I am trying to eat healthier..a lot of chicken and veggies, wraps for lunch (NO CHIPS), trying to drink more water, and of course exercise!!! every night when the girls go to bed is when I begin my workout! I don’t have much time during the day to do it..I could but the girl won’t allow me to do what I want to do!!! So at night is when it is. I use a treadmill but would rather run outside, but I am living on pasture with some goats ha-ha..not much of anywhere to run! I run about 5-6 miles every night about 5-6 days a week. Trying to work myself up to more so I can run a half marathon maybe in November, but we will see. Baby steps right? Its also taking me a while because I am trying to increase my time, so the faster I run the shorter I run if you know what I mean…but eventually I will be in good enough shape to run fast and longer ha-ha! After I run, I do about 200 abs, 50 squats with about 5 pound weight..trying to tone, 50 lunges with 5 pound weight, and about 40 push-ups…I do that every night and it is paying off!!! Since I started 2 months ago I have lost 21.8 pounds and am very proud of myself!! I still have about 10-15 more pounds to go and I think that I will be happy enough to maintain!!! So that is my weight loss story ha-ha!!! Im going to post a before and after pic!!
