10 Months Old!

Addisyn is getting so big!!! I think we are finally almost 17 pounds!!!! She is really not much different in height than Audrey anymore!!! Little one is catching up!!! Look at her sweet precious face!!!

Gotta love that kind of smile!!! haha...showing all her teeth and eyes closed!!! Such a happy baby!

So the girls turned 10 months yesterday...I only have 2 months to plan their birthday party...I am in the process of getting invites so I can get them mailed out for people to make plans considering the holidays are right around the corner! Dave and I decided to do the party at our house and are hoping all of our family can make it up to celebrate the girls turning 1!!!! It will be a special day and lots of fun!!!

So Addisyn and Audrey what are yall up to these days:

*Still sleeping from about 730-730...bed time is getting later now!!! but still wake up at the same time everyday no matter what time they go to bed!

*trying to get them to take 1 nap a day...but still sometimes need 2

*We are down to 2 bottles a day one in the morning and one before bed and take a sippy cup with formula with a snack to get use to milk in a cup!

* still crawling all over the place

*can push and walk with a stroller/walker

*eat just about anything and everything, except for Addisyn doesn't like chicken nuggets...I mean who doesn't like chicken nuggets haha!!!

*can say mama, dada, sometimes it sounds they say ba for bye, maybe not haha!!!

*say nananana when they are tired...

*wave..kind of backwards but its a wave!

*Audrey has 5 teeth and Addisyn still has 2 but the top are on its way!

*They love to laugh at each other!

They are sisters and best friends for life!

I just cant believe that in 2 months...less than 2 months now they will be 1....I have been looking at pictures from when they were first born and I think to myself...wow they have grown so much and dont even look the same at all. I just want to cherish every moment with them!!!! They are growing way too fast.

This is a little late, but I went with a friend to take the girls trick-or-treating...I think they were a little young but I just wanted to dress them up!!! So I went with someone that has little boys old enough to so we went along for the ride I should say! Next year they will be able to actually participate!

They were so funny and I wish that I got it on video, but when I put their wings on them they both would see it in the corner of their eye and kept turning in circles..haha...you know when a dog sees their tail and go round and round in circles trying to chase it haha....well thats what Addisyn and Audrey were doing with their wings. It was the funniest thing ever. Where is the video camera when you really need it!!!

Its hard to believe

Its so hard to believe that 5 years ago today, my little brother was killed by a drunk driver. I miss him everyday and wish he was here to see his 2 beautiful twin nieces. I know he would have been the best Uncle they could have! But I know in my heart that he is watching over us everyday and can see them grow up! Sometimes I still feel like he is going to walk through the door and say surprise! I am here!! Everytime certain songs come on the radio I think of him jammin to it! He was such a fun, loving, happy person 24 hours a day!!! So full of life and I miss that so much and I know everyone else does too. I feel like he is with me everyday! I keep a picture with me in my wallet so that I can see him everyday. He had so many people that loved and cared about him and we miss him dearly. So if you could please pray for me and my family on this tough day so that we get through this! In loving memory, Matthew John Glowacz July 8, 1986-October 24, 2004

Pumpkin Patch

We took the girls to the pumpkin patch today and they really enjoyed looking at everything!! We had a good time..I dont ever remember going to one when I was younger so it was all new to me too!!! We got some really cute pictures!

9 month stats

We took the girls to the dr yesterday to have their 9 month check-up..everything looks great with both girls and their ears are finally cleared up!!! keep your fingers crossed they stay that way!!! We were also going to get them their flu shots while we were there and the dr said they were out to call in about a week..ugh..now we have to go back again...I always hate going there only because you have to wait for so long...I dont know why you even schedule an appointment when you never get seen until 30 to an hour after your scheduled time!!! oh well maybe since its just a flu shot it will go by quickly!!! Here are the stats:

Addisyn:
weight- 15 pounds 2 ounces
height-25 3/4 inches long
head- 43.8

I asked if her weight was ok and he told me that it is fine that she is growing right along her growth curve and I have nothing to worry about...whew....I was afraid she wasnt eating enough but she eats the same as Audrey...he said she is just very petite and doing fine!

Audrey:
weight- 19 pounds 8 ounces
height- 27 inches
head- 43.9

I so thought that their heads were different sizes but turns out they are pretty much the same haha!!! maybe it just looks like that because Addisyn is so much smaller!! He said Audrey is doing great and is very healthy!!! She has actually been the same weight for 3 weeks now..I think she is starting to thin out as well because she is moving around so much and when she starts walking we will notice it a little bit more!!! Ok just wanted to give an update from their appointment! Until next time!!!

9 Months Old

The girls turned 9 months old yesterday..can you believe that or what? I only have 3 months til my baby girls turn a year old!!! Holy cow! That went by so fast!!! I guess its time to start planning a birthday party..where and when it will be!!! Maybe the saturday for their birthday!!! January 2nd! We will see!!! And since our families live all over..not sure what we will do! maybe everyone can come here!!! That would be nice! we will see! ANyways let see what we have been up to this last month!

Addisyn:
* sleeping from 7-7 every night with 2 naps a day..since yesterday we are trying 1 nap a day! We will see how it goes!! Worked yesterday and it is right now!! haha!!
* eating all table foods (no more baby food) woo hoo!
* she will eat just about anything you put in front of her..not real picky!
* went to the dr the other day and she weight a little bit over 15 lbs..and almost 26 inches long...she is very petite!!!
* takes 3 bottles a day...at about 10 months we are going to go down to 1 bottle before nap and 1 before bed!!! They are eating enough solids that they dont finish their middle bottle after lunch!! but we will see when it gets closer!
* crawling everywhere..she is real fast!!!
*walking along furniture
*enjoys playing with her sister Audrey! they talk and laugh with each other all day!!
* She is finally fitting into 6 month clothes! but still can where 3-6 months!!
* loves playing at her table toy!
* we bought her a stroller to push around since she is walking along furniture...she will walk with it if we help push it along but not quite on her own yet!
* Loves bath time!!!
* can do a little bit of a wave
* says mama and dada..and talks a little jibberish haha!!! its so funny!
I am sure there is lots more but cannot think of it right now!! But she is doing well and I believe is caught up to her development from being premie!!! Everything but her weight but that is OK!


I was trying to make some barriers to keep them in one area...and my baby Addisyn is smarter than me I guess haha!!!

Audrey:

* Audrey loves all of her vegetables and fruit but is real picky about the meat she eats. She will get there! Not sure she likes the texture of it haha!
* went to the dr the other day and she weight a little bit over 19 lbs..and a little over 27 inches long!!!
* takes 3 bottles a day...at about 10 months we are going to go down to 1 bottle before nap and 1 before bed!!! They are eating enough solids that they dont finish their middle bottle after lunch!! but we will see when it gets closer!
* crawling everywhere..she is getting to be real fast!!!
*walking along furniture
*enjoys playing with her sister Addisyn! they talk and laugh with each other all day!!
* She is fitting into 9 month clothes and wears some 12 month shirts!!
* loves playing at her table toy!

* starting to put her hands together to clap!

Audrey is always smiling!!!! Well...if she isnt tired or hungry haha!!!


We go on Tuesday to the Dr for their 9 month well baby visit and they will get their flu shots!!! OUCH! we will also know more on the specific weight and height and everything else!



I took the girls up to my work on Friday..they were having a rodeo thing for the kids at school! So my friend Priscilla talked me into taking them up there!!! she thought they would like it and have fun and sure enough!! she was right!!! They loved being outside and watching all of the other kids...and they got lots of attention from everyone!!!


Here is Audrey! They had hay bales with saddles on them and a stick horse in the front for the kids to ride so I thought I would put them on it and get a picture!



Addisyn's turn...she just sat there haha!!! I guess she was too short to try and do anything, but thats ok!!!!

Taking a break...they had line dancers from TExas Roadhouse come and dance for the kids!! Everyone loved it!!! The girls just sat in the grass and listened to the music!


And last but not least!!! They love to look out the back door window..We went over to a friends house and they have a glass door on their front door and they just sit at it and look out for long time!!!! I guess we will have to have to get one too!
